Disable phone admin settings in cucm 11.0

Hello

I have a cucm 11.0, phones with different models, 8845,8861,9971,7821,7965,7941...etc

I have configured a common phone profile and applied it to the phone to disable accessing the phone network setting, but unfortunately that disabled the user preferences too such as wallpaper background, ringtones...etc.

Is there any way to disable user from accessing this admin settings "network settings that matter", same time allowing the user to change the background and ringtones...etc ?

Just found it,
using Restricted in the Settings access and not disabled, will accomplish the target.
