Good morning,
I was wondering if it possible to have a user's voicemail disabled in Unity?
When we disable a user in our Active Directory, it logs them out of extension mobility, which is great. The problem that I am running into is, when outside callers call in, they still get sent to the user's voicemail. This creates an issue as if an employee is on leave for an extended time, people may leave voicemails on the account. So I was wondering if it is possible to disable the voicemail account(not delete) so that the phone number does nothing.
