He there a way to backup or restore a user's voicemail greetings ?

The only backup/restore tools we have are DIRT or COBRAS, they do backup the greeting but also a lot more information.

If it's for a few users you can use the media bar and save the wav files and then paste them.

I'm assuming this is for Unity 7.x as you never mention what you're using.
