I came across a very new and rare issue today and its related to Missed Calls Duration in CDR.
When I see the duration, it is showing as 0 seconds but the time difference between Call Start and Call End is more than 3 hours. For Example, a call starts at 3:00 PM with 0 seconds duration, the call end time should show as 3:00 or somewhere near this time, but in CDR it is showing as 7 PM or 8 PM.
Is there anyone who can help me with issue ?
