Hi Team
how do i stop this error in the log ?
the PBX vendor says it is not an issue with his PBX.
we started both my GW, and his PBX already.
I already saw the two bugs: CSCeh41216 , and in
CSCdw42772
and it says no workaround.
what are the exact steps to fix or stop this from showing up in my router if any.
thanks for expert response.

What is the call flow? Please elaborate the same. This can be issue with an overlapping dial plan.

Hi there,
Very possible that this is not a PBX issue but PBX may be playing a part by looping
a call right back to the GW due to a config issue.
Basically this msg indicates a call loop most likely due to a mis-configuration
rather than a defect.
Overlapping dialplan, incorrect digit manipulation or improper use of allow-connection
command may cause this. If this is not an IPIPGW/CUBE, allow-connection command
shd not be used at all.
If you can share your setup, dialplan and call flow, we can dig a bit deeper to narrow down
the potential cause.
Thx.
