Display Forwarded Call Information for an External Caller

When IP Phones are forwarding to other IP Phones, we are able to display the forwarding station information. We do this by checking the "Caller Number" and "Caller Name" under the "Forwarded Call Information Display" section on the DN. Oddly, this does not work when are calls coming in our MGCP gateways. Any ideas? The calls appear to be direct calls to the IP Phone instead of a forwarded call.

Forwarded Call Information Display settings:

Caller Name: Checking this check box will cause the caller name to display upon call forward.

Redirected Number: Checking this check box will cause the number that was redirected to display upon call forward.

Caller Number: Checking this check box will cause the caller number to display upon call forward.

Dialed Number: Checking this check box will cause the original dialed number to display upon call forward.
