Display Static / Rolling Message on Cisco IP Phone

Hi

Is it possible to display static / rolling message on Cisco IP Phone connected to Cisco Unified Communications Manager or CCM

In Cisco CME, there is a system message option, which can be displayed. Is there a similar option in Cisco CallManager?

No. Some third-party paging applications provide text popup alert features though. The most common ones are SynApps SA-Announce or SingleWire.
