Displaying the first name last name of the user using the IP phone in Arabic

I want to display the first name last name of the  user using the IP phone in Arabic

Useful informations:
- phone model: sip phone 7841

- arabic is already loaded on phone "menu only"

-  Software and hardware: version CUCME 12.2 on ISR 4331 Router

- Command line Only there no Web GUI for managing CUCME

 I changed the first and last name by editing the phone's xml configuration file using tftp, user local is already loaded correctly . It seems likeI need a GUI management tool to manage CUCME on this router
