Hi ,
I am using call manager 7 , all the phones when tey restart the defult for them is DND , i cant change it .

Hi Rami,
There is a bug in version 7 that does cause similar issues with DND automatically getting updated. What exact version of 7 have you got? Is it a base version or are you up to date with the ES patches for your version train?
I would suggest considering an upgrade to the latest version of the CUCM in the version 7 train.

I have seen it in a couple of cases and the upgrade seems to be fixing it.
