Can anyone tell me how to setup the DND feature for the cisco phones on CCM 4.1(3).

CCM does not have this feature, CME does. Future release of CCM will have it. Currently you can utilize iDivert to divert incoming call to voicemail, you can set it up by creating a custom softkey template and adding iDivert to all call states.

Hi Jonathan,
There is not built-in support for DND in CCM. To be able to use this feature you have to set up IPMA (see below). What most people do to duplicate this function is to use CallForward All to voicemail when they are in an important meeting etc. and don't want their phone ringing.
Manager Interfaces
The manager phone makes available the manager features with the exception of Manager Configuration. Cisco IPMA automatically logs a manager into the IPMA service when the Cisco IPMA service starts.
The manager accesses the Cisco IPMA features **Do Not Disturb, Immediate Divert, and Transfer to Voice Mail from the Cisco IP Phone softkeys.
The state of the Do Not Disturb feature displays in the Status Window on the Cisco IP Phone.
From this 4.1.3 doc;
Hope this helps!

One function of DND in CME is to silence the ring when a call comes in, while a subsequent push of the button can forward the call to voicemail. A similar function to send calls to voicemail is available in Cisco Callmanager and is called iDivert. This will not silence the call or lock into a do not disturb mode but can be used to send the call immediately to voicemail at the push of a button. You have to add this softkey to OnHook, OffHook, Hold states in the appropriate softkey template to show up on the phone.
