Does a WS-CE500-24PC switch support dot.1q?

Trying to plug in some Avaya phones and need to know if a WS-CE500-24PC switch support dot.1q? AND, is it required for the Avaya phones to work?

I haven't used that model for a while, but I'm 99% confident it does support 802.1q.  I'm pretty sure it supports voice vlans as well.

Do you have to use separate vlans for VoIP - no, it is just considered good practice to do so.  Then something on the main data network can't interfere with the VoIP network.
