Does Cisco VG224 support caller id to analog phone

                   I have a customer who has a VG224. He has several analog phones connected to it and when a call arrives at the phone, the calling number is presented to the phone but not the caller id. He as configured "caller-id enabled" on the ports.

European caller ID standard only sends the number, not the name.

The customer is in North America. I have found a bug

that may be the cause. I also have to check whether the customer is running MGCP or H.323

If using CUCM, customer should use SCCPas best protocol choice.

We upgraded to Version 15.0 Software on the VG224 and Caller-id is now being presented to the analog device.
