Does DND supersede the TIme Schedule in CUCM 10.x

Hi,
So, time schedule is the magic bulb that would supersede everything. for example if the closed schedule is applicable it would not matter for DND on or off at that point as the partition is magically disappeared from reachability. If its open time i would think then DND would be applicable as that is no special configuration.

Reason i asked is because i have the main line and it currently has a translation pattern for Closed and Time schedule configured. If the Recpt puts the main line on DND, i guess it doesnt supersede the Time Schedule on the main line then.
