Hi Guys,
My Customer have a one Gateway H323 and is with following problem: The user finish the call and put the Phone on hook, but, the channel stayed busy in the gateway. I believe that the carrier not is sending the signaling to clear the channel. What type signaling the carrier should to send to gateway let the channel available?
Thanks,
Wilson

It depends on the type of connection to the provider. If it's a PRI, then you can do a "debug isdn q931" and you should see a disconnect message from the provider if the PSTN user hands up. If the internal user hangs up the gateway should send the disconnect.

Hi Joemar,
Not is PRI, is H323 (R2-Digital).
Thanks,

Wilson,
Looking at a couple of links, the suggestion is that the most used config is for R2 non-complelled signalling

!
controller E1 0
clock source line primary
dso-group 1 timeslots 1-15 type r2-digital r2-non-compelled
cas-custom 1
Hope this helps
