kindly let me know, how to download voicemail of a user for a specific time in unity connection.

You can download the voice mail messages of a particular user. Go to Cisco PCA -> login-> Unity Web inbox -> select message and save it to your local computer

I was trying to download voice messages through Mozilla Thanderbird but unaware how to setup Mail Account in it. Whenever tri, I get error “Configuration could not be verified-is the username or password wrong ? ”

Any further suggestion ?

Did you enable IMAP for what you were trying??

PCA will get you the messages for sure.

Jaime, I have installed mozilla thunderbird (v 24.5.0) on my system. Now I want to retrieve voice messages from unity connection through mozilla thunderbird for a user who has voicemail account in unity connection. Please let me know the step by step process for the same if possible.
