Downloading older 7940 firmware

I need to download an older firmware for the 7940 version POS3-07-5-00, anyone know where to find it. All I keep finding is the latest version.

Have you taken a look on the CCO firmware download site? I have provided a link.

I looked through the versions of firmware and it looks like the 7940-60 firmware versions go back to P003-3-0-1 which was release in May of 2002.

Try looking directly in the ftp server:

ftp://:@ftp.cisco.com/cisco/voice/ip-7900ser

All the images are archived there.

Sorry for the newbie questions here, but how do I obtain a CCO Login? As my current login doesn't seem to work?

In short, access to files on CCO requires at minimum registration of a smartnet contract, or other kind of support relationship with cisco.
