Hi All,
I will like to ask quick question about DSCP marking and priority. I have a router and I am marking all mi traffic into five classes (EF,AF41, AF31,AF31,AF11) at the ingress interface. At the egress interface (with no egress policy) of same router, how will the router treat the traffic in the event of congestion.
WILL EF EXIT BEFORE AF11 OR NOT,

You can have one policy map to mark ingress traffic and u have to apply an egress policy map that ll prioritize EF traffic over others..

Thanks,
But as the ingress policy map marks the traffic as its coming into the router, at the exit interface, will EF go out before AF11 by default ( without egress policy map ), or an egress policy map needs to be applied at the output interface to make EF exit first.
