calls are not going through E1 line

Hi

I am trying to configure cisco 2951 router for inbound and outbound , i am able to make calls though mpls network but not though E1 (TDM) line, please find the diagram i send, guide why the incomming / outgoing calls are not working..? whcih channel group do i need to take , pri / tdm ...??

Can you please share the route config (sh run) to see what is the wrong with the config.

right now cleared the configuration from the router, due to some issues, the procedure i followd is,,

1) channel-group

2) dialer

3) voip ..

is it correct which i did. if possible can you tel me the mistakes , and which channel group i need to create , Pri / TDM, if you have any example configurations . plz share with me
