hi,
i have a 2901 with 15.2(2)M and one PVDM3-16 installed. I try to get working an ad-hoc conference but when i enter the command
dsp profile 1 conference

HI
This issue happens when you have not accepted license aggrement EULA in the router. Have you accepted the EULA and reload the router after it.

license accept end user agreement

but it's the same behaviour

There was a bug but it got resolved in 15.1.2 release.
Can you share the sh run of the router.
