DTMF not working over SIP Trunk - CUCM 12.5

Hi,

We have SIP Trunk between CUCM 12.5 and 3rd party PBX name is Haris

We are facing DTMF problem over this Trunk

I have tried the 3 available options for DTMF on the SIP trunk with no success [No Pref, RFC2833, OOB and RFC2833]

I got the traces and found below

Call to IVR 19666
==================

13467983.009 |13:10:12.496 |AppInfo |setLocalDtmfCaps: supportedDTMFMethod=3, mWantDtmfReception=1, mPeersWantDtmfReceptionFlag=1, mDtmfPreference=3

13467983.010 |13:10:12.496 |AppInfo |SIP DTMF Info: mLocalDtmfCaps...UNSOL=0, KPML=0, Inband=1(())

mEndppointsDtmfCaps...UNSOL=1, KPML=0, Inband=0(()) mDefaultTelephonyEvent=101, mDtmfPreference=3, mMtpAllocated=0

Call to IVR 1555
==================

mLocalDtmfCaps...UNSOL=1, KPML=1, Inband=1(())
mEndppointsDtmfCaps...UNSOL=1, KPML=0, Inband=0(())
mDefaultTelephonyEvent=101, mDtmfPreference=1, mMtpAllocated=0

How can I set CUCM to send DTMF as UNSOL=1 , I think it should work fr 1st trial call to 19666

And why it didn't work on the second call to 1555

I couldn't set the DTMF on the other side on the PBX

Is this requires CUBE ? or MTP resources from a router as I have assigned CUCM MTP with no use ?

Attached Two trace files

Thanks

Haitham

It's possible the PBX expects and uses a non-standard RTP payload type.  Can you post up some SIP debugs showing SDP from a normal call?  Preferably for a call in each direction.
