Need your immediate help. We have a customer environment where we have installed CUCM 10.5.1 with Cisco 9971 and few DX 650 IP phones.
Customer wants to use phone lock feature on DX650 phones, so that only assigned users to that phone can use that phone. Customer do not want extension mobility for some reason.
Now, when we use the lock button on DX 650 it does lock the phone applications and others things but it does not lock phone calling functionality. So, in-spite of phone being locked other users can use this phone for calling purpose. Customer doesn't want that at all.
Is there any way we can control this either though Device or CUCM level?
You urgent help shall be highly appreciated.
