Hi Neil, Still we are getting same issue.And our running version is 10.5.1.11001-49. I think this issue will resolve by an upgrade to 10.6.

@StephenInstall Jabber with following keys: msiexec.exe /i CiscoJabberSetup.msi CLEAR=1 EXCLUDED_SERVICES=WEBEX AUTHENTICATOR=CUP This will resolve your issue
