I'm trying to make a call with secure and non-secure profile from my Cisco 7975 IP phone to Cisco SIP DX650.
I make a call with secure profile from Cisco 7975 phone to DX650 and when I push ANSWER on DX650 phone reboots immediately... I downgraded the firmware but the same, phone reboots when answer the call.
When I changed the secure profile to non-secure on Cisco DX650 and I tried to call again and this time I could ANSWER also I could CALL from DX650 to Cisco 7975
Can you help me to undestand where is my mistake ??
In my CUCM v.10.5.2 all phones are working with secure profile except this. phone DX650.
Also, I have 3 CUCM in my network, 1 publisher, 172.30.30.1/subscriber 172.30.30.2 and DR center 172.31.129.1
