DX650 with CUCM 10.5

All,

My dx650 after it was configured with CUCM lost the google play icon and browsing options on the screen.

I have allowed the downloads from unknown source in device on CUCM and it even shows on my phone but can't see a browser or google play.

Can someone help please?

Hi Irfan,

Configure your DX650 Device UI Profile to Standard, and make sure you check "Allow Applications from Google Play".

Thanks for the response the options that I see in the device UI profile are:

1- Simple (Configured with this already but not working)

2- Enhanced

3- Public

I don't see Standard. But when I selected enhanced it took it as standard.

And now I see the google play and browser. Thanks again.

But now when I try to download anything on the phone from goggle play it says, "uknown error - 110". Do I have to enable something else to let the phone download stuff to it?

Hi Irfan,

Not sure what application you were trying to install. Can you try to install WebEx and see if you are getting the same error?

Suggest you to clear Play Store cache and data under Application Manager.

I tried many free apps and they fail. Webex is already on the phone so couldn't download. I wonder it got there.

I don't see application manager in the phones settings, is it hidden?

I can see the option in DX80. Apparently it is not available in the DX650.
