DX70 Phone Only Mode

I have a Cisco DX70 videophone that is stuck in phone only mode. Even if I reset the entire phone it will reset into phone only mode. Have searched the settings for hot to get out of this and I cannot get it done. Any help would be appreciated as this phone utilizes ZVRS for a user that is deaf. As of right now she can't work without this phone back up and running.

“Phone only mode” is a term used with the Jabber & Webex app, not physical endpoints. Please rephrase your problem and what you’re expecting the DX endpoint to do. Unless it’s still on the ancient Android 4.1 software load, which is no longer supported, there is no concept of apps - it’s a video phone.
