I want to make a connection with Avaya and I have a E1 available but I don't now exactly the proper steps. I need this because I have 24 Avaya Phones and I want to send the name to Call manager and viceversa. In this moment when I place a call it send the id Unknown. I now is working because it was dine before but not by me.:(

What type of E1 integration is it? Is it E1-PRI, E1-CAS? Most variants of CAS do not support caller ID. PRI especially QSIG would be recommended.

Hey Chris,
The problem is I don't now how to config this layout. In this moment we call our service desk from call manger and true E1 line from our provider . What I what is to connect a E1 from call manger to Avaya and be able to make a internal call from call manger to service desk and to see the name of the calling user.
