E1 controller Down - Loss of Signal

Hi all,

I configured the E1 controller on an H323 gateway but it is not coming up for some reason. It is giving me the error : "Receiver has loss of signal"

kindly find attached the config of the router with the errors. The Telco technicians told me that the link is working properly. They did a physical loopback to do some tests and seems that everything is working fine from their side! Please advise

Hi Wissam

Reason for the "Receiver loss of signal" in E1 controller should be the Physical layer interface between the 2 ends.  It can be due to Physcial E1 disconnection / Transmission Issues / E1 Mismatch

You can check the Physical End-end connectivity by giving loop-break.
