E1 Controller not showing up in config

I have a new 3825 running c3825-ipvoicek9-mz.124-4.XC4.bin as recommended by cisco for using 7931 phones, I have a VWIC2-1MFT-G703 card installed, "1 Channelized (E1 or T1)/PRI port" shows up in the "show ver" command, however there is no controller in the config, also i am unable to configure isdn switch-type, commands for controller and isdn switch type are unrecognised, any ideas anyone ?

can you configure

card type e1/t1 slot (bay)

after this you should also be able to configure controller
