hi.. what is the common implementation to connect pbx with cisco router? is the connection actualy just by plugging short cable? what necessary frame/signaling needed? i mean something like pri,unframed/framed/channnilized? would please give me understanding what is it and how to configure them so i can make pabx trunk to router to router then to pabx trunk. i am glad if you give cisco doc that make it happen.. :)

My recommendation would be to use QSIG which is a variant of ISDN signaling. QSIG is supported on most cisco router platforms. The cabling could be a t1/e1 cable (possibly t1/e1 crossover cable) from router to pbx.
