efficient way to manage cisco voip phones

Hi,

currently every time there is a new hire and staff leaving our company we needed to edit the phone display, voicemail account, etc on a single phone. so if there is 5 or more staffs leaving/joining every week we have to do the same stuffs again and again. and adding up to the agony those staffs who always change their workstations =(

im wondering if there is an efficient way of managing voip phones? pls kindly direct me to that document if any. thanks in advance.

You can try setting up Extension Mobility for the users that will be specific to the users. Hence, if the employees leave simply delete their User Profiles and create new profiles for the new employees. Refer below for more information:
