Elements displayed on the 8832 Phone Screen

We are starting to deploy the 8832 phones and the configuration we used for the 7937's (specifically the Line Display information) doesn't work well on the 8832.  We use "<Conference Room Name> - <extension>" and on some of the displays the extension gets cut off.  This causes issues when staff try to use WebEx's Call Back feature to call the conference room phone.

Part of the display is taken up by the icon on the left of the phone screen.  I didn't see any way to turn that off in the Phone Settings or in CUCM.  Does anyone know if that can be controlled/disabled?  It would gain us back some decent screen real estate.

Shrinking the font might help also.

Hi there

The line text label for phone models allows for up to 30 characters for all phone models and the character fit in totally depends on the phone model type. Depends on the phone model type you might see the dots .... at the end of the name
