ELM Registration Conflict.

Hi,

During a maintenance window we moved CUCM and CUC Publishers to different datastores. The VMs were shutdown do according to the documentation this is not a "vMotion", and we believe this is supported.

Afterwards we have a registration conflict in ELM indicating that the product instances are being managed by a different ELM server. Deleting the product instances from inventory in ELM doesn't help because the product instances still think they are being managed by a different ELM. Is there a way to go to the product instances and say "stop being managed by that ELM instance"?

u can try license management reset registration from CLI and then, synchronise  and check.
