Need your suggestion to fix my below issue.
We have two physical servers 7k and cisco call manager is running on it. Publisher and sub1 is on one host and sub2 is on other host. Issue is when we shutdown the Publisher or remove the primary server network connectivity, EM service doesn't work on all phones. It gives error service not found. also out of 1200 phone, approx. 200 phone fails to register on sub2. I did check the URL service, it has publisher IP address mention on it.
we have approx. 100 phones with fixed extension, they work without an any issue. This scenario is been tested in past and it was working fine.
Please guide me to fixed this issue.
