Hello
We use the BIB (Built in Bridge) and Redbox call recorders to record calls and recently we have deployed EMCC between our 2 CUCM Clusters. As the guest phone doesn't exist on the cucm is there any way i can configure/get the calls recorded?
CUCM version is 10.5
Thanks in Advance
Dean.

All
FYI, we have got call recording using built in bridge for visiting phones (from another cluster) by enabling the following
Service Parameters, Cisco Call Manager, Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)
Built In Bridge Enable = set to yes
this then applies BiB to unknown phones like the temp EMCC phones
Regards
Dean.

This is just registering to Cisco Call Manager. There are about 20 Cisco phones connected to a number of Cisco 2960XR switches. Each interface has a Ciscophone and a Wyse Data device connected to the Phone, so we have a Data VLAN and a Voice VLAN on each interface. But when we enabled dot1x authentication on the interfaces, the Ciscophones are unable to register. If we switch it off then it works again. We have exactly the same configuration on Cisco 9200/9300 switches and these work fine. So it seems to be just the 2960XR switches that have this problem.
