No, that's exactly what I explained in my previous reply. If they have access to the DN page, they have access to ALL DNs.

I'll assume you mean in CUCM as you don't mention.
Not possible, the most granular you can be is whether they have access to a certain page or not, but ANYTHING within that page can be modified (ie devices or DNs). No way to configure access to only a subset of elements, or a subset of fields within an element.
