Hello all,
Have you ever run into this before?
I have a call manager subscriber that we are trying to upgrade. for some reason or other the server could not see the sftp server. So we did a reboot
when it reboots it starts to boot up normally.
it loads the screen where you can select a partition (which is won't let us select anything besides the default A)
it then loads and comes to a command prompt that says
enter runlevel
i have tried multiple run level (0-6) but it takes the command and says no processes left to run
I have a tac case open but they are stumped too
also tried the recovery cd
no luck

TAC should be able to help you.
The hard disk is probaly corrupted.
Download the recovery disk and use "manual" option on the menu.
If it doesn't work, you will probably have to re-install the subscriber.
Pierre.
