Enterprise Directory URL vs Phone Settings Directory

Hello everyone,

We have Directory Service URL configured in Enterprise Parameters, all is working fine

I moved Directory URL files to another server for testing and try to configure it in my phone settings in External Data Locations Information Directory field but after phone reset it still goes to the URL configured in Enterprise Parameters. 

Is it something I am doing wrong?

CUCM Version 11.5, phone is 8865

If you set a Secured Directory URL enterprise parameter in the Enterprise Parameters Configuration window, that value overwrites the value of this field.

Indeed, we have Secure Directory URL enterprise parameter configured with default value different from Directory Service URL  in enterprise parameters, and the one that is used is Directory Service URL, not Secure Directory URL

So if I set up Secure Directory URL in Phone settings with my test URL, will overwrite Secure Directory URL enterprise parameter?

I now test with 7945, I can see it picks up new URL

7467: ERR 08:16:39.330311 JVM: Startup Module Loader|cip.cfg.t:? - After set dir Url device.settings.config.directoriesurl value http://192.168.0.49/xmldirectory.asp

but when I perform a search on the phone itself, it goes to the URL configured in Enterprise parameters (menu items a bit different, so I can distinguish between URLs)
