%Error: Cannot reach license daemon (Specified UDI not found or Daemon is down) - CUE

Hey,

Hope someone can help me with this.

but show license udi does give me the SN and UDI 

se-192-168-154-251# show license udi
Device# PID SN UDI
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*0 AIM-CUE FOCXXXXXXXXXX AIM-CUE:FOCXXXXXXXXXX

Cant check licenses if i do show license i get the below

%Error: Cannot reach license daemon (Specified UDI not found or Daemon is down)

or if i try to reinstall license i get the below

se-192-168-154-251# $@192.168.154.3/FOC11320900_20151130160634005.lic
Installing...Feature:VMIVR-VM-MBX...Failed:Specified UDI not found
Installing...Feature:VMIVR-PORT...Failed:Specified UDI not found
0/2 licenses were successfully installed
0/2 licenses were existing licenses
2/2 licenses were failed to install

Any help will be appreciated.

Is the license file having correct ? with correct UDI number. Did you tried to open and verify the same.

Its resolved. 

If anyone experiences in the future please follow the below

Required a clean install via the boot-helper and this fixed the issue. Backup CUE before doing anything, if you experience issues via the GUI then do it via the commandline under the offline mode.
