Hi,
we are using here CISCO CALL MANAGER 5.1.3 . When we are trying to generate CDR reports .Its display the "Error Code 10012"
I also tried all the solution that are available on the sites but its still give the same problem.If anyone have any solution for it please share it..

Since this is CUCM 5.1, TAC will not provide support for this issue. You may try the suggestions in the following posts / links and see if it helps
