Hello guys
I have a problem with a cluster of CUCM 6.1.3.3000-1 .(Publisher + 1 Subscriber).
Ip phone firmware version SCCP11.8-4-2S
The behavior is :
When user press option 2 - of personal address book. menu - Abbr dial from all the ip phone except 7912
The following error appears :
http 500 " I attach the screen shot "
From end user page works well.
I reset the tomcat service without success.
I suggest customer tu create a ip phone service linking the PAB URL from a cisco procedure but doens´t work.
I search on bug toolkit and i dont find any bug regarding this issue.
Also i check the release note about the firmware installed over the ip phone and the same nothing regard this issue.
I create one CUGM only with Pub and then linked to a new Device pool for isolated and the same problem.
For troubleshooting i recommend customer to restart the CallManager service.
Any one can help little bit please?

That looks to me like a parse error since you're seeing the HTML/XML code on the screen. What locale do you have configured on the phone?
