Hi Agustin,
Generally the DMA log should contain a bit more info than just that. Can you share it?
It may also refer to different other files which are created by different processes during the DMA activities.
Triple check if all pre-reqs are in place by running the upgrade assistant and make sure you don't ignore any warning/error.
Then if you still face issues during DMA, look at the error log.
Typically useful files to look at to troubleshoot failed DMA's are these:
* C:/CiscoWebs/DMA/Status.HTML .
* C:/CiscoWebs/DMA/Bin/*.log . This file contains all warnings in the data.
* C:/Program Files/Cisco/Trace/DMA/* .
* C:/Program Files/Cisco/Trace/DMA/.* .
* C:/Program Files/Cisco/Trace/DBL/install*.log . This file contains all fatal errors in the data.
* C:/tmp/db/sql//.sql.log? . Files in these directories contain errors in the stored procedures and triggers.
Cheers,
/C
