Hi - Can some explain what this error message is below, and under what conditions this message would appear please:

Device Processor Operation failed! Reason:

Unexpected Jabber device name

That looks like the device name of an ATA. Did you attempt to select it as a desk phone device to control? That definitely will not work.

Many thanks for your reply.

I thinks what this customer is trying to do is change a user from ATA, to a full Cisco Endpoint. I suspect he has tried this incorrectly, and might have missed out some important steps in making the transition.

Are you able to confirm how he should be making this type of change please?
