A SIP 503 error usually means that your system can't make a SIP connection. For instance, if the SIP Trunk configuration page in CUCM has one IP address for connecting to a router, but SIP is bound to a different IP address on the router itself you will get this error. (Or the IP address is just outright wrong.)
So, I would suggest finding out what IP address and port the "other end" of this SIP trunk is expecting the incoming request to come to. Then make sure that your CUCM SIP trunk settings match.

Hi Marren Mahoney,
Thanks a lot for Your contact and Your attentation. As I told previously, this problem occurr with the little calls. There are not specific number or branch to occur this problem. As the big part the calls worked, I understand that my CUCM SIP Trunk configuration it is Ok. Now, As I verified this suggestion: "finding out what IP address and port the "other end" of this SIP trunk is expecting the incoming request to come to".

Wilson

So this is happening with some calls, but not all calls, over the same trunk? That would indicate that it is the far end that is the problem. Is this random, or is it to the same dialed number, or is there something else consistent about when it happens?

Hi Maren,
The trunk is the same. I already verified problem with the same number and too with different numbers.
Thanks,
Wilson

I have almost same thing happening on my setup, have a SIP trunk between two CUCM clusters. Remote cluster can call my cluster but I can't call remote, no SIP messages are associated with the calls, just the error "1459617833 CCM_SIP_503_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE"
Trunk is in full service, Dialed Number Analyzer shows call hitting the correct trunk, CSS and Partitions verified, any body else has come across this issue?

I have exactly the same issue with a SIP trunk between two CUCMs. Remote can call my cluster but I cannot call the remote cluster. Trunk is also in Full Service and the calls are hitting the correct trunk.
Did you get the problem solved?

I added the IP addresses of all nodes for the remote cluster and vice versa in SIP trunk configuration page in the two CUCMs and worked well.

Hello Wilson,
I have the same situation, version and evidences.
