Hi ,
I am using cisco jabber , in the left bottom corner I see red X
and I get the error cti server is undefined .
what may be the problem ?

Most likely you failed to configure the correct CTI profile, you're missing user/line/device association, etc.
That's a configuration issue, review the whole configuration guide step by step and make sure everything is done by the book
FYI, if looking for assistance, you need to mention products and versions you're using, not just the problem.

Go to your presence server.
Application>CTI server and profile. configure these and assign the profile to a user and let them log back in.,
that should fix it.
