ESW's for Meeting Place, CUEAC, and UCCX

Hi I was wondering if someone could assit me with this?

I have a UCSS and ESW for the following pruducts, Meeting Place, CUEAC, and UCCX but when I log into the product upgrade tool all I can see is Call Manager and Unity Connection upgrades. Is there a different method of getting the upgraded software for the products I am trying to upgrade?

With CUxAC 8.6.2 (latest release) there is no version specific licensing meaning you do not need to go through the upgrade tool to carry out the upgrade.

Version 9 of CUxAC which is set for release this summer will introduce version specific licening, at this time you will need to go through the upgrade tool to obtain a new license file.
