Is there a report that will list all available DID's? I am working on DID consolidation and need to know what is programmed into the system to match with what the carriers are showing.

No, CUCM has no idea whether a DN or pattern you configured is a DID or not.

That is managed offline.

Best you can do is use the route plan report, and then compare against your DID list.

I created a tool for something like this a while ago, you can access it from here:

http://chrisderen.pythonanywhere.com

you would select the first option and then upload a csv file with DID ranges you own and an export of all DNs in use on CUCM. You can download sample files from the webpage.
