Hi

Do you have been able to find the solucion to RTP?

I have the same problem :(

Did you configure nat reflection? Did you point expwc to the global ip/natted ip of expressway-e? Did you use static nat on expwe? have you disabled sip inspection on firewall?

I am configured nat in cisco IOS 3945

ip nat inside source static 10.10.1.56 195.112.xxx.xxxx

Please read the deployment guide. You need to configure nat reflection. Your expwc must be able to reach the global ip of your expwe

Hi,

If you have split DNS and just a single router for internet, I would advise to setup the second NIC, option keps are now included as part of collab edge solutions. Saves passing the ExpC <> ExpE traffic through a firewall/router and comes in handy for troubleshooting.
