If I upgrade my users who are on Windows 7, above 8.6.3.0 for the IP Communication they lose the options under Extension Mobility of logging in or out of the phone. Anyone had this issue and a file. We are on callmanager 8.5.
Are you trying with a secure or non-secure URL of EM? Please try with a non-secure URL and see if that helps.
