Extension Mobility - Missed Call not logging

Hi All,

We are experiencing the strange behavior in 79XX phones with extension mobility. When user logging out & login again in to EM on the same phone , missed calls not getting logged.

Test Scenario

1) User A logout from the EM

2) User A login to the EM ( On the same phone )

3) User B gives a missed call to User A Phone ( Not getting logged. Notification on Phone immediately disappeared [ 1 missed call] )

4) User A calls User B ( Call logged in Placed Calls )

5) User B calls User A . Call answered ( Call logged in Received calls)

6) Reset the User A's Phone.

7) After the reset all the missed calls getting logged. 

Same problem experienced in 7975 & 7942. [SCCP75.9-3-1SR4-1S ]. 78XX & 9971 are working fine without any issues..

Hi,

Make sure "log missed calls" are enabled on the DN.

Try upgrading the firmware on the phone to the latest one.

Thanks for your reply. All the DN's are enabled for "log missed calls".

We have upgraded the phone to "9-4-2SR1-1S " . But Issue reoccurred after a week.
