When logging into Extension Mobility on a vpn phone, user sees on the screen the message, “You need to set up an abbreviated dial number.”. Call Manager shows the user is signed in, but the user cannot see beyond this message.
I can log in on my vpn phone with their account and I do not get this message. It loads correctly.
Shows all lines configurations.
I believe the EM profile is built correctly since I have only one of six accounts with this issue.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
Line setup is : Using XXXXXXX to hide existing extensions. Additional SD lines are not in use.
